Overall Workshop Description

This three-part equine assisted learning workshop series offers participants the opportunity to engage in individual workshops or experience a deeper journey by attending all three. Held once a month over three months, each workshop explores a unique dimension of reconnection and well-being through experiential learning with horses: reconnecting to personal strengths and resilience, deepening connection to others and community, and cultivating meaning, joy, and purpose. While each workshop can stand alone as a meaningful experience, together they form a progressive pathway of growth—from grounding in self, to belonging in relationship, to living with purpose.

How the Three Workshops Fit Together

Each workshop is complete in itself and participants may join for the theme most meaningful to them, while those attending all three experience a layered journey:

July 19: Workshop 1 — Reconnecting to Strengths and Resilience
Focuses on self-awareness, inner resources, and resilience as a foundation for growth.

August 23: Workshop 2 — Connection to Others and Community
Builds on relational awareness, trust, belonging, and interconnectedness.

September 20: Workshop 3 — Connection to Meaning, Joy, and Purpose
Invites exploration of what sustains, inspires, and guides a fulfilling life.

Each session offers meaningful learning on its own while contributing to a broader arc of personal growth.
The monthly rhythm allows time between workshops for reflection, practice, and integration, with each session building on insights from the last while remaining open to new participants.
