KidFest

KidFest is a FREE, fun, family event that gets the entire family outside and moving.

Walk On and the Barrington Park District, along with over 40 other organizations will be providing families with FREE crafts, games, activities and educational experiences!

The KidFest mission is to provide activities that inspire healthy habits, introduce nature opportunities and encourage families to work together to help make a difference in the world. Our goal is to motivate families to volunteer in their community, work together to maintain an healthy lifestyle, get out and explore nature and of course, get together and Fly A Kite!

Located at Citizens Park in Barrington.

This is a FREE event located at Citizens Park, however, you MUST STOP at registration tent to get your all access wristband in order to participate in all of the activities. Then, pick up a free kite (for ages 2-10).

Food and drinks available for purchase – CASH ONLY. This event is very popular and PARKING IS VERY LIMITED. Please utilize the FREE KidFest shuttle, located at Langendorf Park, 235 Lions Drive.
